The Brain Trust Presents…
Ceschi + Anonymous Inc
John Robinson Aka Lil Sci’ (Sciencz of Life), Grey Scale
Retrospek
18+ | $12
Ceschi is the super-talented guitar-playing emcee who also heads up one of my favorite record labels, Fake Four Inc.
Anonymous Inc. is:
mainly a jazz fusion based experimental band with many diverse influences from hip hop to latin jazz to progressive/psychadelic rock to IDM and Drum and Bass to children’s music and modern classical music.
You can see a full list of the loose membership of Anonymous Inc. here.
John Robinson is:
Inspired by Hip-Hop legends such as KRS-1, Slick Rick, Brand Nubian and KMD to name a few, JR has been rocking mics since before his first chin hair. These same legends helped Robinson to mold himself to a scientific sort of political advisor that enjoys speaking to audiences both en masse and one person at a time. And having performed with the likes of The Roots, Common, Talib Kweli, Mos Def, Dead Prez, Run DMC, MF DOOM and many others.
The Brain Trust is a Boston-based management company, most notably representing local rap phenom Moe Pope.
